The Bénard teams were in great demand for the Fleur de Loire project in order to complete all of the work in 18 months. I would like to sincerely congratulate François (Technical Director of the Bénard Group) because he was hyperactive and hyper dynamic in the overall organization of the work. He is someone who was close to us to make sure that we were satisfied in every way. Today, if I called on the Bénard Group for the work, it is because it is part of my history. I feel like someone who is considered in the group and that's what's important, it's the relationships we can have after work that are super important in our profession.

The Bénard after-sales service is really very responsive. We now know the whole team and in particular Éric who knows the house by heart. It happened to us that the fridge broke down very late on Saturday evening and we have always had exemplary responsiveness and efficiency from Groupe Bénard. Maison Bénard always offers us the equipment that meets our needs, there is advice all the time. It is not enough to sell, but advising and following your customer in order to satisfy him as much as possible is very important.
